the clock breathes
slowly
and smiles

merging

breathe the wind
touch the colours
feel the earth
dust motes whirl
on a passing breeze
a fleeting kiss
wandering atoms
weaving
dancing home to
timeless pulse ~
unified whole
mingling
souls gone by
feel the earth
taste the air
sing the wind

primordial kinship stirs
with salty caress
her ‘otherness’ pulling deep
true commune lost to time

My heart is lonely tonight
yearning to enfold and be enfolded
in the warm, peaceful, embrace
of fellow love
In the soft of night
I feel for those threads
delicately spanning the world
One soul connected to another
and another
lighting, lightening all hearts
and winding back again
to me
in my warm cocoon…
